Kozen Yoga Winter Challenge

Our ever-popular 4-week challenge is back! Designed to encourage you experience the benefits of regular practice, with all the community support and cheerleading you need.

Winter is the perfect time to turn inward and invest in your practice. This is your invitation to commit to four weeks of showing up for yourself — and to feel the difference that consistency makes.

What most people notice by just increasing their regularity even a little bit surprises them. It's not just how they feel physically (which is usually pretty great!). It's the way stress softens, reactivity quietens, sleep deepens. It's that calm that creeps in when you weren't even looking for it. After every challenge, people mention the same thing: they had no idea coming more often would change things so much.

Your commitment level is entirely up to you. Some people aim for daily practice. Others are working toward once or twice a week. Whatever you decide, we're here to cheer you on.

Each week you'll receive an email with a simple theme to reflect on — something to carry with you both on and off the mat. You'll add a sticker to the challenge chart each class you attend, and along the way their will be occasional surprises from home-baked treats to warm cups of tea waiting for you.

All Kozen classes count for your Challenge tally and we encourage you to try several different classes — Flow, Yin, Meditation, Strength and Resistance, Restorative and Breathwork. On-demand classes from home count too. Those who reach 20 classes over the four weeks go into the draw to win a Liforme mat valued at $215 - though of course the real win is how you feel after practicing regularly for 4 weeks.

The Kozen Winter Challenge runs for 4 weeks from Monday 13 July – Sunday 9 August 2025.

Included for all current Kozen members. Not yet a member? Our $99 Winter Challenge Pass gives you unlimited studio access for the full four weeks — open to everyone, whether you're new to Kozen or returning after a break.
