Flow Yoga
A dynamic, breath-led practice that moves smoothly from one posture to the next. Flow Yoga builds strength, mobility, and awareness while inviting you to stay present and connected to your breath throughout the class.
Who this is for:
Those wanting an active practice that builds strength and fluidity. Suitable for those with some experience.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle, prop-supported poses designed for deep rest and nervous system regulation. Inclusive and nurturing for all bodies and experience levels.
Who this is for:
Everyone who needs to restore: Those feeling tired, overwhelmed, stressed, or recovering from injury or illness. Suitable for all bodies and all levels.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice where floor- based postures are held for longer periods to gently target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Yin encourages stillness, patience, and inner awareness, allowing both body and mind to soften.
Who this is for:
Anyone craving stillness, deep release, or balance alongside more active movement. No prior experience required.
Gentle Flow
A slower, breath-led practice with simple, mindful transitions between postures. Gentle Flow focuses on ease of movement, mobility, and presence, offering space to move steadily without rushing or strain.
Who this is for:
Ideal for beginners, anyone easing back into movement, or those wanting a gentler practice.
Strength & Resistance
A progressive approach to building strength and stability, using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells and bodyweight. This is the most welcoming and accessible weights class you will ever find!
Who is this for: Everyone. This is all ages and all levels. You will be carefully nurtured through each class and you will work at your level choose the weight that suits you.
Meditation
Settle in with a welcoming intro followed by a guided meditation. Supportive for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Yoga Foundations
Build confidence through an 8-week journey into movement and breath
A rolling 8-week program that provides a comprehensive exploration of all the basics of yoga asana and pranayama. It is a shorter, 45-minute class, wonderful for beginners to learn more about yoga and gain confidence for other classes, but also an opportunity for experienced students to come and refine their technique.
The 8-week cycle will be as follows:
Week 1: Yoga Origins and Sun Salutations
Week 2: Warrior Poses
Week 3: Balancing Poses
Week 4: Triangle series
Week 5: Twists
Week 6: Back Bending
Week 7: Abdominals and Inversions
Week 8: Hip Openers and Forward Bends
Each week will also include a short pranayama (breathwork) technique which you can then practice at home.
There will be space for questions and discussion during class and this will be a very supportive and inclusive class, welcoming to all. No nervousness is necessary!
