Yoga Philosophy in Practice

A series of workshops to explore yoga through movement and breathwork leading up to a deep meditation practice guided by yoga philosophy and the Yoga Sutras. As the series unfolds, we will continue to explore the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, integrating the timeless teachings into daily life.
Each session weaves together reflection, breath and movement to support both beginners and experienced practitioners. You are welcome to join one session or all of them — they are easy to rejoin with recaps and gentle guidance.
