Beginner’s Yoga Course: 4 Sundays to Build your Foundations

New to yoga or ready to consolidate your foundations? Join us for a supportive 4-part course designed to give you everything you need to step confidently into your practice.
You’ll be guided by longtime yoga student and teacher Emma Strembickyj, who has led beginner courses all over Melbourne and has a deep passion for helping newcomers dive into yoga with curiosity and ease.
Over four consecutive Sunday mornings, we’ll explore what yoga is, learn simple breathwork and meditation techniques, and break down common poses so you know how to move safely and in a way that works for your body. You’ll finish with a solid understanding of the foundations of yoga plus the confidence to step into group classes with the knowledge of how to adapt your practice in class.
Investment: $195 for non-members, $155 for weekly or annual members. During the 4 week course you are also welcome to join one regular studio class each week should you wish.
