Escape to the wild beauty of Wilsons Prom with our 3-day, 2-night yoga and walking retreat — a refreshing, nature-immersed getaway designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the outdoors. Each day features meditation, breathwork, a hearty bushwalk through stunning coastal and forest trails, and slow, grounding afternoon yoga.
We’ll weave in breathwork and beachside meditation, and for the brave, a revitalising ocean dip. With fully catered, delicious and nourishing meals and simple, lodge style accommodation, this retreat will leave you with the spaciousness and calm that being deep in nature gifts us.
Kozen Yoga teachers Amy and Jill are excited to be leading this group to Wilson’s Prom. Amy is a passionate hiker, outdoor enthusiast, and yoga teacher who believes that nature gently guides us back to our truest selves, helping us shed the noise that gets in the way of peace. Jill brings a wealth of experience as both a yoga teacher and an Occupational Therapist, but also having spent many years guiding groups through the beauty of Wilsons Prom. Together, they create a grounded, welcoming space for adventure, fun and renewal.
This retreat is a nature-focus and accommodation will be in shared bunk beds in lodge style accommodation (used solely by our retreat group). Rooms will be 2-4 people. There will be enough space for everyone to have a lower bunk if preferred.
We all know food is a vital component of any retreat and whilst this is a wilderness style retreat, we will have top notch food catered for by plant-based chef Izzy Ross. The three daily vegetarian meals will be both healthy and energising.
What about the hikes you ask!? Each day will include a 2-5 hour bush walk (depending on the group) and whilst we will take these at a leisurely pace, a basic level of fitness is important as this is a dirt walking track and terrain can be hilly. This hike is not compulsory of course, and there are smaller walks around the area should you prefer which we can advise on but please note both Jill and Amy will accompany the longer hike.

Travel to and from Wilson´s Prom (approx 3 hours drive from Kozen Yoga in Hawthorn)
Cost (all prices are per person in AUD):
All accommodation is in shared rooms within the Group Lodge.

Early Bird Price of $920 before 1st January 2026
Terms and Conditions:
Prices are per person.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Payment in full is due by 1st March 2026.
You must provide us with written notice if you wish to cancel a booking. In the event you cancel your booking
- on or before 1st March 2026, your deposit will be forfeited, or
- after 1st March 2026, your full payment will be forfeited.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation letter with further details, including what to pack.
