Learn to Run Club: a running group for the absolute beginner

Do you like the idea of going for a jog but are totally intimidated by the idea of running, thinking this can never be for you? You're not alone! Running is daunting for most of us, often seen as an activity only for the elite super fit. However the benefits are so wonderful that we want any one who wants to run to have the confidence to give it a go.

Come and join Kozen running coach Danny who will take you through the basics of running so you can slowly build up your jogging capacity over time.  This is not about speed or endurance - this is aimed at the absolute beginner ready to try something new. The sessions will involve a combination of both slow jogging and walking.

Whilst these 4 sessions have a small fee of $50, we also run a free Kozen Run Club on Thursdays at 6am which you are more than welcome to attend at any time and indeed we hope that once you find your confidence, you do join us for a weekly run!

This will run at 8am for 4 Saturdays during March and will last for about 45 minutes (you will not be running that entire time!).

7th, 14th, 21st and 28th March

Location: TBC but it will be local to the Hawthorn area.

4 sessions: $50

What to bring: comfortable running shoes and a fun attitude, that's it!
