Kozen Yoga is Power Yoga - is an energetic, flowing and dynamic style of yoga that allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged and yet nurtured, all in the same class.
At Kozen Yoga, you will tone and strengthen your body, balance your life and learn to breathe better - leading to a healthier body and a healthier mind. You will learn the finer aspects of yoga: postures, vinyasa, breathing and meditation.
POWER YOGA = VINYASA FLOW = POWER FLOW
Kozen Yoga also blends and incorporates some of the 'Vinyasa Flow' sequencing and strength building aspects of Ashtanga (Astanga) yoga, the finer adjustments, alignments and the usage of blocks and straps from Iyengar yoga and the classic postures from Hatha Yoga culminating in a beautiful flowing form of yoga - better known as POWER YOGA.
Through the process of yoga, we show you how to become empowered and overcome any mental or physical barriers that stand in your way. Yoga will revolutionize your body, your health and bring calmness to your mind that you may never have experienced before. Yoga will help you tap into your hidden potential, achieving authentic personal power and living a truly extraordinary life.
What do I need to know?
- There is no need to book - simply arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Wear loose/comfortable/gym clothing and bring a hand towel and a bottle of water.
