Post Natal yoga will tone your body, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, realign the hips and sacrum, build back and abdominal strength and will allow you to reconnect with yourself emotionally, mentally and physically.
Yoga will assist you to balance hormones, release tension and energise and awaken the body and mind.

Yoga will improve your babies digestion, assist with sleep wake cycles, develop co-ordination, motor skills and muscle tone.

Prices are as per normal class rates…. Your baby practises for free! :)
Classes are suited for newborns until they start crawling.
Mums may attend yoga after their 6 week GP check up.
Please remember to bring a dribble rug and bring your baby in a capsule or sling if possible (Pram space limited).
